HOW THEY’RE MADE
I hand letter the wording you request with a pen, then digitize your lettering in the computer, and finally cut out your lettering in professional-grade vinyl. It’s then applied by hand to your ornament and tied up with a bow for you before shipping. I use vinyl lettering so that your ornament will last for many years to come and helps avoid scratching from tree needles, etc. Please be careful when storing and handling, as always.

To ship this item as a gift to your recipient, please place one order per address. You can enter the recipient info as the ship to address; our items do not ship with paper receipts.
Personalized and custom ornaments are not available to return due to the nature of the item.
Please allow 7-10 business days lead time for production. While it is oftentimes less, this allows us to create your order by hand and package it with the ultimate care. This time does not reflect shipping time which may be anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on your ship method and distance from our studio. Please read our Holiday FAQ for more insight on shipping and cutoffs. You will receive your shipping notifications to the email you provide at checkout.
