If you need your artwork shipped less than 14 business days from your order date, a RUSH FEE of +$100 will be incurred and billed separately.

PLEASE list one word/phrase per line so that words within phrases are kept together. I will add in more general words I may need to fill in here or there, but only if needed.

After the order is placed, I’ll start the design and calligraphy process. When it’s done, a proof will be e-mailed for you to look over and approve.

IMPORTANT ⋗

Please be thorough in your order details; if words are added after the artwork has been started, you may be required to pay a re-design fee so please be sure your list is complete when you first submit it.

If any requested info is missing or incomplete, the timeline may get pushed back until the required info is sent over. While our turnaround will vary based on our workload at the time, most custom art can be turned around for proofing in ten business days. This does not include printing or shipping time, however. If your order will need to be printed and shipped in less than 14 business days from the order date, a rush fee will apply. Holiday orders may have extended turnarounds. Inquire with us first if you have a specific timeline you are working with.

When submitting your order, please be thorough in checking over your details. I do not reference previous conversations or email regarding your order to avoid confusion.

Please have the expectation when ordering hand calligraphy in any form, the style of calligraphy may vary slightly from the examples. By nature, artistic skills will progress and change with time and have slight variations from piece to piece. The same is to be expected with hand lettering. Each wordy/word is a single work of art and must be appreciated as such.
