Featuring Our Work
When Vendors or Clients are featuring our work in photographs including but not limited to websites, social media, printed publications, submissions for publication, and blogs, we kindly ask that StoneFawx Studios is notified where it has been sent/published/featured, that our work is properly credited, and the photo gallery of our photographed work be emailed to: hello [at'] stonefawxstudios.com
If our work is featured online in any way but not properly credited, we will first contact the client who purchased the paper goods, borrowed the stationery, or host of the shoot. If there is no response, we will contact the publication who has featured our product and professionally/kindly ask that they credit our business even if we were not physically at the styled shoot but our work was used.

Other Participating Vendor Credits
We love working with clients, planners, photographers, and designers that similarly value their brand and show quality work. We ask for the contracting/lead Vendor to please provide a list of other Vendors collaborating on their event so that when sharing the photo gallery of our paper goods, and vice versa, we may properly credit all participating businesses. Please send us the list of vendors with their credit details no later than one day before the styled shoot to hello [at’] stonefawxstudios.com
Paid Branding/Styled Shoot/Editorial
If the Vendor hosting the shoot is being paid or compensated in any way to coordinate it or is hosting a retreat/event and charging those who attend, we consider this a PAID event. There will be a starting fee of $120 + shipping to create custom stationery and to participate in a styled shoot of this nature. The starting package includes the invitation, main envelope, rsvp, and rsvp envelope. Additional stationery available are place cards, escort cards, and menus for reception tablescapes and will be additional in cost relative to material and quantity.
If the Vendor is not getting compensated for the event, we will supply a borrowed invitation suite. Additional provided borrowed items are at our discretion and as our schedule allows.
Returning Items
We ask that all our items be shipped or brought back to our studio after the event is over, including all styling props, ribbons, and accessories that were provided. If any items are missing, the contracting/lead Vendor should return them asap. If not returned, the contracting/lead Vendor will be invoiced for the items. We kindly ask that items are return shipped within two days of the event ending to StoneFawx Studios, PO Box 113 Peckville PA 18452
Copyright
We retain all copyrights on all products and stationery we create, regardless if paid or borrowed.
Stationery and Calligraphy Exclusivity Agreement for Styled Shoots and Editorials
In order for us to participate in a styled shoot or editorial, we ask to be the only stationery designer and/or calligrapher featured. We participate in styled shoots for marketing purposes. Combining other stationers’ work would not represent our (or their) stationery brand and we would not be able to use these photos. By using or purchasing or using our products, you agree that no other stationer or calligrapher's work will be on scene at the styled shoot, styled with our products, or featured in the same photo with our work. We kindly ask that no other stationery designer or calligrapher's work be incorporated into our designs or vice versa or styled on any FLAT LAY with ours due to conflict of interest.
Loss, Delays, or Damage
We are not responsible for lost or delayed items once the package has left our studio. Once we have been notified that the stationery has been delivered by USPS or other shipping company, StoneFawx Studios is not responsible for, or required to, recreate any items for the contracted event in the event of loss or damage by the Vendors or the shipping company. We will do our best to resend extras we have in the event of loss, delay, or damage, if at all possible and at our discretion.
Photography Details
We asked that all of our paper goods be photographed clearly and if any photographs were taken using a model holding our stationery, that their nails and hands be well-groomed for close up shots so that we can utilize these photos to show our clients details.
We love shallow depth of field/short focus photos because they are beautiful and although we don't mind a few, sometimes the stationery is illegible so much so that we are not able to share these photos with our clients. Please include clear, high-resolution photos of each item, preferably without any watermarks.
StoneFawx Studios may send an inspirational mood board sharing which type of photos we would like photographed at the styled shoot that we could add to our portfolio.
We are a published calligrapher and custom wedding invitation designer based in Scranton, Pennsylvania. We typically require six weeks notice of a request for styled shoot/editorial participation, provided our client schedule allows.
