We currently do not offer this service.

How do I update my credit card?

You can update your information through your account here. Just click on “update” under your payment method.

Will my order ship all together?

The items within your order may be split and shipped in multiple packages based on current stock and packaging types.

What is the return policy?

Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including custom work and orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well. 
The buyer retains full responsibility of the piece once it is shipped. We are unfortunately unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost or damaged in transit. 

If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, we do apologize! Each order is packed by real people. Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. 

When will I get my order in the mail?

You should receive tracking information when the order is shipped. Please understand that while we do our best to expedite shipping, once the item leaves our hands and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged of lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined.

Orders will only ship Monday-Friday as the office is closed on weekends.
