custom invitations

First impressions are everything, as we’re sure you’ve heard. Invitations and save the dates are the first taste your guests will receive and they will set the tone and begin all the excitement for your entire event. If you have dreams of a Pinterest-worthy day, you are at the right place.

From the paper you choose to the finishing details, we consider every element important in communicating your aesthetic. We work to understand a little about your relationship, your story, and your vision so we can support that part of your wedding story with our designs.

As wedding professionals, we will guide you and make recommendations based on your wedding goals. We'll elevate every aspect of your invitations and make sure everything works together, infusing elements of both your personalities. We love to incorporate illustrations, paintings, calligraphy, and finishing touches like vellum wraps. How about a wax seal with a custom monogram? We’re living for it. Our job is to take the reins and give our clients peace of mind during their wedding planning process; we want to give you confidence that your invitations will be aboslutely awesome.

Timeline + Booking

We provide each of our clients with a custom timeline based on the actual details of your wedding.

Since everything we create is one of a kind and so we prefer to begin working on your custom suite six months or more before your event. Contact us if your proposed timeframe will be different. We recommend booking custom invitations early as there are a limited number of openings we can accommodate per season.

Pricing varies greatly depending on quantity, printing method, and additional pieces such as maps, envelope liners, wax seals and any other extras. Once we know your estimated budget and quantities, we will create a proposal for your project.

ONE — discover

We’ll chat via email, phone, or in person and ask you to fill out a questionnaire about your wedding and what makes you and your fiance… you. We’ll get all the details you’ve planned thus far and make sure to gather and incorporate the small — but very important — details into your wedding stationery.

TWO — proposal

We will put together a proposal based on the information we’ve gathered and send it to you in our online client system via email.

THREE — booking

Once your proposal is approved, we’ll require a 50% retainer and contract to be signed. Paperwork isn’t the most fun, but once we get this out of the way we can begin the design process.

FOUR — timeline, design board, + sketch

We’ll put together a projected timeline for you based on the intricacies of your suite and send you our Client Welcome Guide and Client Lounge login information, a place where your entire project will live online.

We will create a design board and pencil sketch to map out our ideas for all the pieces we have planned for you. From this initial sketch, we plan out your artwork, custom lettering, and assembly details. We also use this sketch to inspire and inform us on how your suite will work together and ensures we are all on the same page. It’s a great visual representation of your entire suite!

FIVE — design + proofing

After sketch approvals, we’ll draw / calligraph / paint / illustrate everything by hand for you. You'll receive a full-color digital proof where you’ll get the chance to review each piece in detail. We’ll suggest paper choices, colors, and print methods during this process, too. Final proofs must be signed off on before they can go into production to make sure your invitations are exactly as you envisioned.

SIX — printing + production

We take your approved files and have it professionally printed in house or by our wedding printing experts.

SEVEN — assembly + delivery

Once your items are returned to us, we inspect each piece, then address, assemble, and stamp all your envelopes or mail the pieces to you for these last details. Final payment will be due before your pieces are postmarked and/or shipped back to you. At this point, we will begin the process for reception and day-of items, creating that cohesive and personal luxe wedding experience for you and your guests.
